2024: A Year of Heart, Heritage, and Hope at Truly Tribal

The world is evolving, yet India's soul remains rooted in its traditions, art, and stories. Every stroke of a brush, every intricate carving, and every thread spun by an artisan carries centuries of culture, whispers of ancient wisdom, and a spark of hope for the future.

At Truly Tribal, 2024 wasn’t just another chapter—it was a vibrant tapestry woven with dreams, challenges, and triumphs. It was a year where we embraced growth without losing sight of the core values that brought us here: preserving heritage, empowering artisans, and championing sustainability.

As we take a moment to look back, we don’t just see milestones—we see stories. Stories of art, resilience, and the collective passion of artisans and customers who made this journey remarkable.

The Heart of Our Journey: Our Artisans

Behind every handcrafted piece is a person with a story worth celebrating. In 2024, we deepened our connection with over 300 artisans across India. Each artisan’s work is not just a livelihood but a legacy they carry forward.

This year, we proudly launched “Meet the Artisan” campaigns, giving you a glimpse into their lives, struggles, and triumphs. Through these stories, we invited you to connect with the hands that craft your treasures.

New Beginnings: We expanded into two new craft clusters, collaborating with:

  • The Chhippa community in Madhya Pradesh for exquisite handblock printing.

  • Traditional embroidery artisans from Kutch, Gujarat, via NGO collaborations.

These partnerships enriched our offerings and helped sustain the heritage of these lesser-known art forms.
